At Zooki, we want you to love your new style, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
